At this time, orders placed online can be shipped to ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS from Brooklyn, New York.

Shipping rates are as follows; For domestic Priority Mail orders a standard flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 applies for a 5-10 day delivery period (usually much sooner 3-5 days). For domestic Priority Express orders a standard flat rate of $17.00 applies for next day delivery.

Canadian shipping rates are as follows; First Class International orders are charged a flat rate cost of $8 for a 10-15 day delivery period (usually much sooner). For international Express Mail a $32.25 fee is charged for 3-5 day delivery.

Contrary to common belief, your Glam Expressway Canada bound package will not be charged duties, taxes, or handling fees. The Canadian Government does not charge duty, taxes, or handling fees on items costing less than $20CAN, or items made in the USA. Many of our items are reasonably priced and most of them are made in the USA. Also, packages sent via the United States Postal Service are even less subject to fees while larger carriers such as UPS and Fed Ex charge their own handling and carrier fees which are often misconstrued as Governmental fees and taxes.

Returns Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

At Glam Expressway if you're not happy, we're not happy. We carefully inspect each item before shipping them out. We want you to be 100% satified with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know so that we may issue an exchange or store credit. You have 7 days from the mail out date to return your merchandise. In order to receive an exchange or store credit, all items must be returned in their original condition (unworn with tags attached). Your return package must include your printed packing slip and a tracking number. Please email us for a return address. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Glam Expressway is not responsible for packages with a 'delivered' shipping status.
