Glam Expressway is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We carefully inspect each item before shipping them out. Unworn Items can be returned or exchanged for refund or store credit 14 days after delivery with original packaging and tags attached. Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and show no visible sign of wear.

Your return package must include your printed packing slip and a tracking number. Please email us for a return address. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic lingerie, swimwear, face masks and fashion jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

Glam Expressway is not responsible for packages with a 'delivered' shipping status.
