Refund policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

At Glam Expressway if you're not happy, we're not happy. We carefully inspect each item before shipping them out. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know so that we may issue an exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from the mail out date to return your merchandise. In order to receive an exchange or store credit, all items must be returned in their original condition (unworn with tags attached). Your return package must include your printed packing slip and a tracking number. Please email us for a return address. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Glam Expressway is not responsible for packages with a 'delivered' shipping status.
